Credit Card Payment Instructions
Part One - for first time users only
Go to www.fowlie.yourmd.com
Click on New User Sign Up
Follow
the instructions. Provide only the required information. (I don't need
your insurance information or social security number, for example.)
When you have submitted that information, I will be notified.
You will then get an email saying that you have been approved for messaging.
Then proceed to Part Two
Part Two
Sign in. Go to message center. Click on Secure Pay.
Enter only required information, and submit that.
Future payments only require Part Two.
